HELLO TO NEW AND/OR PROSPECTIVE KENNY COMMUNITY SCHOOL FAMILIES!
School Request time is here for children entering kindergarten next fall.
The Minneapolis Public Schools - School Request site opened on November 15th.
A school request is also needed for Kenny students in grades 1-5 who wish to change schools or not follow the pathway to Anthony for 6th grade.
The school choice deadline for MPS first lottery is Wednesday, January 31

Winter Community Education Classes
It's almost time to register for the Winter session of the Community Education program!
Registration opens on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 27 at NOON and will remain open through the end of the day on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 7

Winter Weather is Coming!
Please make sure your student has winter gear (coat, snowpants, hat, mittens/gloves, scarf and boots) as most days we wil be outside for recess!
Indoor recess is based on conditions and/or temperature or windchill of -5 below zero, also taking into consideration weather conditions.
** Crossing Guard will be CANCELED if the temperature and/or windchill is below zero, also taking into consideration other weather conditions**
