Kenny Teacher Environmental Inservice

On Tuesday, January 15, the teachers of Kenny School participated in an inservice on how to use the environment outside our doors to enhance the lessons taught in our classrooms. We learned about the importance of teaching children how to observe, investigate and question what is happening around them. There are so many wonderful things for them to experience right out our own doors and this is where real learning begins.

Teachers will take part in another inservice in February and are looking forward to learning more about how to make our lessons more meaningful for your children.
