Kenny families. Kenny school is applying for Minnesota School of Excellence Award. The School of Excellence is a program that recognizes schools that are working collectively to strenthen their school and demonstrated the great work that is taking place at Kenny already. The first part of the process is the survey and your feedback. Please take a few minutes and fill out the survey below. We cannot thank you enough for all that you do to make Kenny the amazing community school it is. We truly value your time and thoughts.
Minneapolis Public Schools is committed to ensuring every student is college and career ready. The district calendar is designed to support the goals of the district’s Acceleration 2020 strategic plan to accelerate student learning.
The MPS district is developing a district calendar for the next three years (SY2016-17, SY2017-18, SY2018-19) that balances the needs of families, schools and community members while meeting the educational requirements of our students. Community input about the calendar will shape the final proposal to the Board of Education in November.
Please take a look at the informational calendar resources on this page and provide your feedback about what the calendar should look like for the next three years.
The survey will be open until October 22, 2015. For families that do not have access to technology to take the survey, hard copies are available in the Kenny office. Here is the link for the district website with the survey, as long as information regarding the process. If you have any questions, please let us know at Kenny. 612.668.3340
